Annual Meeting

Last year’s annual meeting was held on November 12, 2023.  Meeting minutes are available in the Owner’s Section of website.

The 2024 Annual Owner’s Meeting will be held in Fall of 2024. The meeting will be held at the Fairplay Town Hall.  Provisions will be made for virtual attendance. Minutes will be posted upon completion. You may contact us with any questions.
